- 1 pound ground beef
- One medium onion, chopped

- One jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
- One carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese

- Two tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- One package (8 ounces) no-cook lasagna noodles
- 8 cups (32 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- One package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- One jar (15 ounces) Alfredo sauce
Instructions for Alfredo Lasagna Beef:
- First of all, take a large size skillet and cook beef on this skillet, garlic, and onions over medium-high heat for just 6 to 7 minutes. Break the beef into crumbles; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and stir beef in this.
- Now take a small size bowl and in this bowl start addition of Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese parsley, and pepper and mix them all gently. Bring 5 to 6 qt. Ungreased slow cooker and dredge 1 cup of the meet on the bottom surface of the stove.
- Set noodles on the surface of the meat over sauce then place breaking noodles. Make a layer of half of the ricotta mixture, 1 cup of meat mixture and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
